We distinguish 3 situations:
- You unpack the machine and it does not appear to work.

-You will send the machine to Merlin at your expense.
-Merlin repairs the machine and sends it back at Merlin's expense.
-You pay only the cost of shipping to Merlin. Labor wages, spare parts and transportation are returned to you by Merlin.
- You have a defect at the end of the warranty period.
