• Cash on delivery
  You pay the total amount to the postman

We charge for courier shipments € 12.95 extra.

For a small amount, you can conclude a service agreement with us. This can be a controlled subscription (1x per year cleaning) or an ALL IN contract. For all-in contracts, all costs (forwarding, labor, spare parts, replacement equipment) for Merlin are irrespective of the number of failures and you also have a guaranteed reponse time in case of malfunction. We distinguish 3 situations:

• You unpack the machine and it does not appear to work.

• You have a defect in the first year after purchase.
  

  -You will send the machine to Merlin at your expense.

  -Merlin repairs the machine and sends it back at Merlin's expense.

  -You pay only the cost of shipping to Merlin. Labor wages, spare parts and transportation are returned to you by Merlin.

• You have a defect at the end of the warranty period.
  -You can choose to send the machine to us. In all cases, labor costs, parts and shipping costs are for you to cover.
