An RMA form is required for all products that you want to return:

Warranty provision:

If after investigation it appears that the defect of the product was caused by improper use or falls outside the warranty, the products will not be replaced or reimbursed. After consultation, the products are deposited or returned at shipping costs.

Merlin reserves the right to return products that are returned without an RMA form to the customer without giving a reason.
